WHAT TO EXPECT

Built around the actual project requirement

01

Color Standard & Base Fabric

Send a Pantone TCX/TPX reference or physical standard together with the chosen base fabric. We first confirm fiber type, finish and lighting conditions because these affect perceived shade.

  • Pantone or physical color standard
  • Base fabric and required finish
  • Target quantity and destination
02

Lab Dip Approval

We prepare three shade directions for comparison. Your written selection becomes the bulk color reference; production tolerance and viewing light are recorded before dyeing.

03

Bulk Shade Control

Bulk lots are checked against the approved lab dip for shade continuity, crocking, wash colorfastness and shrinkage before release.

BUYER FAQ

Questions before you start

Can I request a physical swatch before placing an order?+

Yes! We provide free fabric swatch packs (headers/hangers) for designers and brands. You only cover the express courier fee, which is 100% credited back toward your first sample or bulk invoice.

Can you match or develop a fabric if I send a reference swatch?+

Yes! Simply courier a fabric swatch or share detailed photos and specifications. Our textile engineering team analyzes the fiber composition, weight (GSM), weave structure, and stretch to match or custom-develop an exact counter-sample for your approval.

How is the exact fabric MOQ confirmed?+

For our in-stock core colors of stretch satins and acetate-look fabrics, MOQ starts as low as 1 roll (~80–100 meters). For custom Pantone dyeing, MOQ is typically 300–500 meters per color. Custom digital printing starts from 100 meters.

Can you develop custom lab dips for our brand colors?+

Yes. Share a Pantone TCX/TPX code or mail us a physical color swatch. Our dye lab prepares 3-shade lab dip options (A/B/C) within 2–3 business days for your lighting booth review.
