Website content is provided for general sourcing and product-development information. Specifications, availability, MOQ, timing and pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation or agreement.

Quotations and production

A quotation is based on the information available at the time. Production begins only after the required commercial terms, specification, approval sample and payment conditions are confirmed.

Samples and approvals

Swatches, lab dips, strike-offs, prototypes and pre-production samples are approval tools. The applicable approval standard and tolerance must be documented for each order.

Intellectual property

Clients must have the right to use artwork, trademarks and technical files they provide. Confidentiality and ownership terms may be covered by a separate written agreement.

Production and specialized suppliers

GCJ operates its own pajama factory and may source specialized fabrics, trims, printing or packaging according to project requirements. Certificate and testing information applies to the identified factory, material and scope.

Payment, shipping and risk

Payment schedule, trade term, destination, freight responsibility, insurance and transfer of risk are governed by the accepted quotation, pro forma invoice or sales agreement for the order.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GCJ Textiles is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Any product or order liability is governed by the signed commercial documents and cannot exceed the remedies agreed for that order.

Governing terms and contact
